Used as a Stinger to add +1 to a Runner's power. I'm .not. sure if it's
supposed to be playable on a character who already has another gun. And
I'm not sure if it counts as a gun when it's played as a Stinger (or:
can you drop both the Stinger and APDS at the same time?)
