You can play it as a stinger during a combat to add +1 to the attack
value of one of your runners.
I'd say in this instance you cannot play this on a runner who already
has a weapon in use for the combat, but I don't know if that's the
official ruling by FASA. Also, I'm not certain if you can add
accesories to the pistol at the same time it's being used as a stinger.
I'll run this by FASA for further clarifiaction.
