They lose the entire skill 'til the end of the turn. So in your
example, Lord Torgo would be down to a +2 from the katana.

You may have missed the response we got from FASA on how to use
Archie. Yes, runners with special abilities, such as Archie or
Tempest, may be used as a stinger during your opponents turn.

Challeneges put in place by an opponent that you would have to deal
with during a Shadowrun on your turn.

If there is any challenge in place from an opponenet, whether it's all
opponents or just one, the Shadowrun can not be intercepted.

No, there were challenges in place that you encountered on this turn.

This one is kind of foggy. In a two player game, a Shadowrun may only
be intercepted once. So if your opponent interecpts you on your turn,
and is unable to get a challenge in place on his next turn, he may not
intercept your Shadowrun when it comes back around to you again.

Now in a multiple player game, my gut instinct would be that each
opponent may only intercept a single player once on any given
Shadowrun.

So lets say Bull, Dvixen and me are playing a game after buying our
cards at Gen Con. ;o) Dvixen decides to go for Cermak Blast, and
neither Bull nor I have any challenges in place. Bull is the owner of
the objective, and the choice is his first - he intercepts. Bull's
runner was killed, and he only took out one of Dvixen's three, however
he stopped her shadowrun. Bull and my draws suck, and neither he nor I
can get out any challenges. We know better than to lay down a bluff.
Dvixen again goes for Cermak Blast on her turn. Bull has already tried
an intercept, so he is unable to do it again. I would think it only
fair that I would now have the option to intercept.

Anyways, that's my understanding. I'll bounce the
mutil-player/intercept question off FASA for something official.
