The card says user gets armor +1. In my mind this would be the same as
your 6/6 runner now having his Threat Rating written as 6/6 (A1). The
armor stops the first point of damage from each attack, and the coat
should be rolled for. I don't see that you have a choice.

I don't see why you can't choose.

Good question, but it's not illegal. Providing you had the cards in
your hand and the four nu yen to deploy them I guess it could be done,
but I'd say it had to be as soon as the challenge was revealed.

I think this is purely dependant on the individual card(s). Common
sense is going to be your biggest guide here. It's going to get even
muddier as expansion sets with new and different cards are released.

I guess so on a technicality, but why would you want to? It's a no win
situation if you use her on an opponents Shadowrun. Going by the
_wording_ of the card, a successful shadowrun is worth +10 rep points
(so you just gave your opponent more rep), and a failed shadowrun
means you lose 10 rep points.
