Redline and Viper in play. Viper has Ingram Valient w/ laser scope.
Viper has firearms, Redline does not. Ingram Valient says "play on a
runner with firearms". Laser scope adds 1 to runners firearms and
says "Play on any ranged weapon."

<Question sumed-up for breifity>
Can Viper give Redline the Ingram and laser scope?
And could Viper take back the laser scope after giving them both to
Redline?

First from the FAQ:
Can you exchange any amount of gear between Runners?
When two Runners turn to exchange gear, they may exchange any amount
of
gear. Remember that a Runner may not own gear that he does not have
the
skills to use.

Next MHO:
I would say that Viper could only give Redline the Ingram if the laser
scope came with it. Viper could not take back the laser scope. When
you trade equipment that piece of equipment can only go one way.
Either to Redline or from Redline. I would also think that on the
next turn you wanted to give the laser scope back to Viper and not the
Ingram. I think that the Ingram would be trashed because Redline can
not use the Ingram. Maybe the Ingram would stay on Redline but
Redline could not use it. I perfer that trash idea. Anyone else have
an opinion. (like I have to ask)
