For Motion Detectors, Rampaging Mutant. (Moo-ha-ha!)

For either one, No Way Out ("...This Challenge may be sleazed as normal"
-- last card played takes precedence, iirc.)

Remember that while you're locking your opponent out, you're also
locking yourself out. Unless, of course, you've got some way of making
yen yourself (Fuchi, anyone?)
