Well, you overlooked Ripper (who, like Kro, has to be turned) and
apparently there's at least one Contact who can also generate yen.

That's the negative side of the Fame rockers - Glitz and Thrash have no
appreciable skills (well, Glitz' Social is kinda nice, but there are
better.) Kro and Ripper have decent stats and skills, but they've gotta
be turned - and you don't always want to use Rip.

I don't find the "only if you don't draw cards" too much of a hang-up,
especially if you have an Iron Lung in play (cards *and* money - and you
can practically dedicate Thrash to the cause, since he's just tough
enough for the Lung.)

One advantage Ripper has over Kro (besides the fact that he's an Ork and
cheaper) is that he can be turned at any time - even another player's
turn, if need be. (Reinforcements! Now!)

...Or, alternate means to drawing cards. The Lung. Highbrow. Ummm..
make that Higbrow with some armor on him.
