I really doubt FASA will have a problem with it. Email them first and let
them know you will be releasing the program with the name 'Shadowrun' in
it. They don't have a problem with the myriad of Shadowrun pages on the
net, or with The Shadowrun Supplemental, or anything like that.
You may have to sign some sort of license agreement because it contains all
the card data, but that's probably it..
