"Your deck must contain at least 60 cards, plus 6 Objectives." That
sounds rather limiting to me. (And allowing some of the 60 other cards
to be Objectives leads to _really_ degenerate decks.)
This is specifically to prevent someone from creating a "you go slow"
deck - four Milk Runs, four Sucker Runs, four Cake Walks, and perhaps a
twenty pointer to top the Reputation up to one hundred. This means
tournament play can proceed at a reasonable rate, as well as making
Sucker Runs a little more interesting to use.
I see nothing wrong with limiting the number of Objective cards: more
than likely, you won't even use all of them (assuming twenty-five point
average, two from you and two from your 'pone and you've won.)
Objectives aren't meant to disappear one a round; congratulations to you
if you've built a deck that can work that fast.
