That's pretty much it's purpose.
When you put out an Objective face-down, you don't need to put any
Challenges on it 'til your next turn. No opponent can run on it, but
they need to put some Challenges on it to keep you from going for it
when you reveal the Objective on your turn.
I have one Sucker Run in my deck, as I usually waste 2 or three or my
opponent's Challenges in a two player game and an average of 3 in
multip-player games with this guy.
