Subject:	Mis-Cut Cards?

Well, I bought another starter today, and it looks like the first
sixteen or so cards were mis-cut - there's less than an 1/8" of black
between the top of the "frame" and the edge of the card. Thankfully,
these were only commons.

I'm sending a whinergram to FASA; has anyone else had this problem?
