This still doesn't answer my question...it is very rare that anyone EVER
gets to intercept a run. Especially in a multiplayer game with the
ruling the way it is. Therefore...can you use Archie McDevan's ability
as a Stinger? for tapping Archie and paying 2 or 3¥ to tap someone else
just isn't worth it...could just use green-apples...those are stingers,
same price too.
