Hmmm. For game purposes I'd have to say no, they aren't silent.
'Silenced Weapon' is a Gear Keyword. If it's not on the card, it's not in
effect. Just my opinion.

Again, I'd have to say no. Invisibility does not state that you
unturn the runners sent back. I do not see a turned runner being able to
use a gear card to aid those that remained. Again, just my opinion.
