True, that's why I added the word "might". :o)

It was just a listed option of one way to control him. Not for the
most part cost effective, but it should work for a few turns. Then I'm
toying with a deck that has four Glitz's and two or three Kromagnus's.
:o)

True. That's why I'm just tossing out options.

I forgot to bring my binder with my set into work with me, so I was
just going off the top of my head.

Me too.

Again, as I said I didn't have my binder here and I couldn't remember
if Stomper was an Attack Value of 6 or 7. Sure the Vanilla Stomper
couldn't do it, but notice I said someone like Stomper. Bam Bam maybe?

I wasn't suggesting to use either ability during your opponents
legwork phase, I agree that would be a severe timing issue. Perhaps I
should've been more clear. I was meaning to use things like Ice Queen
or Sticky fingers to deplete surpless nu yen from previous turns, plus
using Hollywood(s) to keep Rocker(s) from adding to the Nu Yen they
get during credstick phase. This technique could have your opponent
having to decide whether it's worth it to keep using half of their
money each turn to keep Torgo out and have very little else he could
use the remaining 2 or so nu yen for, or to let the big guy go.
