Well...although you can't do the stamped bit I'm sure if you sent an
International Reply Coupon (IRC) FASA would send you the card. IRC's can be
purchased from Post Offices that are part of the International Postal Union
(most countries) and are redeemable for a stamp to send a letter airmail
(so FASA would have to swap the IRC for a stamp at the post office).
