Maybe have only one objective on the table at a time. Either mutually
agree on the challenge or roll a D6 and the winner picks it. Whoever
gets it wins.

I would like to suggest that any card that "attaches" itself to the
objective is trashed if the run fails. I Also suggest making them
unique. This will prevent a challenge stack of every other card being
a "no sleaze" challenge.

Definetly

A real cool twist to this would be to have one objective on the table,
the objective should be decided upon before deck construction begins.
After the Objective is chosen each player gets 10 minutes to construct
a deck and be ready to play. If you take the objective and receive
the bonus this should give you extra starting nuyen or something in
the next round.

Another point maybe that if you recieve negitive rep points you
automatically lose the game.

By the way is there anywhere out there that has the rules for Iron Man
SRTCG?
