Subject: Skwaaark and Chipjacks

According to the description of Skwaaaark he can only use
gear/cyberware. Does this mean he can have a chipjack, but can't put
anything in it? A chipjack (versions 1-3) is listed as gear/cyberware
but skillsofts are listed as gear/misc. Since he can only use
gear/cyberware, he can't use the skillsofts making a chipjack useless
or legal. ???? Am I reading this correctly?

I would just love to add a chipjack 2 with 2 skillsofts: melee along
with 2 sets of handrazors to him and see what damage he could do. His
attack would be something like 20 with this combo.
