Good question.
I've never bothered with chipjacks on Skwraaaaaak! and I don't even
have them in my current deck, so it never came up.
Going by the wording of the card, I'd say he can't be given the
skillsofts and using chipjacks on Skwraaaaaak! is pointless. But
that's just going by card text.
Sounds like a good one to bounce off FASA, I'll send it over there.
