I personally like giving Flatline a pair of Beretta's, make him a 7/8
(A1). Then add in specialized ammo from there.

As for your questions of him getting rediculous with two Predators and
two kinds of ammo. He's still only one card, and one card can be taken
out. Besides the two Predators w/ Flechette and Armor Piercing on
Flatline is no real difference from an extended clip with both kinds
of ammo slapped on a burst fire weapon and given to the myriad of
other Sammies in the deck (D-day w/ an UZI III equipped as above is
doing 10-22 armor piercing & 12-24 armor piercing against personnel
for only 13 nu yen + 1 for the burst.). You also have the same chance
if not better of pulling out this latter combo.

In closing, Razhoread Turf is going to point their finger and laugh
at either of these guys. Not to mention the guns do diddly-squat
against Maglocks and other not combative challenges.
