Good point. I hadn't considered that. Then I would say after Doc Wagon
Platinum is trashed, the runner remains turned or unturned depending
on his status beforehand.

Hmmm... I didn't have my binder handy to get a llok at the card as I
was responding. After doing so I see the matrix designation you
mentioned. In that case, perhaps it is a Decker only location (I'll
get a confirmation from FASA). I'd been going from RPG knowledge where
non-decker runners in the fiction and sourcebooks have access to
Shadowland.
