What is considered attacking another runner?

I've been using bad reputation to stop knoknock and wanted, definitely makes
people
think twice.

Does barfight count as an attack, how about driveby, is an intercept
considered an attack.

The only ones my group definitely considers an attack are knockknock,
wanted, blackhammer, hog, and using the z-zone.

Clarification or discussion would be appreciated.
