I consider any time one player's runner(s) attempts to directly
inflict damage on an opponent's runner(s) to be an attack.

So in my book Bar Fight, Drive-By, Interception, Z-Zone, Wanted and
the whole line of them would be an "attack" and thus eligible for Bad
Reputation.
