Yea, I know Buzz very similar to Static, but:
1. Buzz has been around since 1992. His exploits & abilities have been
in book form on the web about two years.
2. I wrote up TCG-stats for all of the BKK's runners before I ever saw
Static's card. ('Sides how do I know that they didn't get *his* concept
from Buzz?)
