The FASA FAQ 2.0 will be the official one posted to the FASA webpage,
so I'd go with that ruling. Perhaps after getting other questions on
Red Widow or the Rapier adding to another players run the anser was
rethought and changed.
After all, it could be when they gave the first answer you listed,
team play and tournaments hadn't been considered.
