OK, here's something that popped up a couple days ago...

Tinner had a runner with a Full Suit of Heavy Armor, and his team
encountered a boosted Dracoform (it had +2/+2 from Operation Up and Over).
The character wearing it was a 6/7 and had 3 points of armor with the Suit.

Now, because of the way Heavy Suit reads (I don;t have the card with me,
Tinner does, so I'm not really sure exactly how it reads, but me and Tinner
both agreed that it could go either way), it seems that it's possible for
the character to take ALL the damage from a single source, then trash the
armor. Thus, he could absorb all 14 points from the dragon and survive.

However, this really isn;t keeping with how the game normally works, as
your runners cannot normally take overflow damage, so we figured it
probably meant that he could take his max damage (In this case 10 points
(Body 7 and 3 armour pounts), and trash the armor to avoid that 10. that
would still leave 4 points to be dealt.

Now, this leaves a couple questions? Which way is right? I would assume
the second, but...

Also, if the runner follows the second option, and avoids 10 points that
way, could you then give him the other 4, or would that have to go on a
different runner?

I would say a different runner, but... I think it needs clarified...

Thanks

Bull
