I wouldn't think that it would be that hard at all to put together
pretty good common only deck. I think that you might want to just
make it a "bruiser" deck with mercs, samurai and the type. Without
using UCs and rares I think the decks and mages/shamans lose some of
the better cards. A quick glance at the spoiler list (just a quick
one mind you, so I might have over looked a lot) would lead me to
believe though that an all common rigger deck might work.

With Ajax (who has stamina himself) Jack Hammer (giving stamina to
drones) and Roadrash (piloting 2 and -1Y for vehicles) you can have a
pretty good selection of common riggers. Add in Redline, Stomper (one
of my favorites), Hatchetman and some other "meat" that should balance
out the runners. Gear is easy enough; Hunter drones and Roto-drones,
katanas and/or hand razors, yamaha rapiers and some pistols/firearms.
Add in a smattering of challenges and specials and you should have a
deck.

One of the problems with an all common deck is you lose Mr. Black and
Shopping Cart Lady, essenstials for any gear/weapon heavy, "bruiser"
type deck IMHO.

Hope that helps,
Forrest
