This is why I threw him in with Scorpio and Knuckles. I figure if I
have one of them follow static around that should help out. I also
have a couple of Bulldog Vans to him protect Static while he's in the
safehouse. The only problem is that none of these things is that it
doesn't protect from Matrix damage. As mentioned above though, with a
couple of good programs Static doesn't have any problems with this
either.

I should state that this is how the deck "should" work. This is one
of the decks that I haven't been able to test yet, so I'm not sure how
it does in actual play.
