I believe it would be like the Sleep spell or Maglock passkey on
someone on your team. Foxy Roxy just automatically meets any Sleaze
requirement on a personnel challenge and gets your team through it.
She's a Legendary Flirt... a little cleavage, a flash of thigh and
Lone Star doesn't notice the three trolls skulking across the street.
She's a 1/1 though, you'd best get some armor on her quick or Riots,
Drive-By and Tempest challenges like Hit & Run could be a nitemare.
Lord Torgo will also find her a elven play-toy. ;o)
