Well, here's a thought: three people get together in IRC; two players
and one 'judge'. Before going IRC, the two players privately email
their virtual decks to the judge (Hey! You can play with NERPS!), who
"shuffles" them and deals the cards during the game, as well as makes
rules-calls. Basically, the judge is there to make sure a player
doesn't draw channel-fireball-lotus on the first turn. (Argh! I can't
stop!)
It could also be done by private email, but that's much slower.
I'd be willing to join and judge :) I've never done IRC before, but it
sounds like fun.
