I've experienced the same thing, not just with objectives, but other cards as
well. They seem to be sorted by type, alphbet, and rarity which creates some
annoying problems. I've bought about $120 worth of cards, and with each new
pack I either get all duplicates, or if I've lucked into an alphabetical
string that gives me all new cards. I suppose it balances out in the end if
you buy enough. Still, its frustrating to have at least 5 of every common
objectives but 0 Gang Wars, Harlequins Game, or Haunted High Rise (as I
do/don't)
