To keep things simple, why not just allow a D6 roll instead of a 4
nuyen increase? Makes it a gamble, nice place for those Loaded Dice
and Deja Vu's.

I also like the Blood Debt and Black Credstick ideas, but seem to be a
bit unworkable as written, too much record-keeping...
