Maybe not, but the Challenege card for FOG has the keyword Awakened on
it.

The only other thing I can see that applies to this question is the
RBT (pg 58) says: "If a Challenge has no sleaze requirement, it cannot
be sleazed. In that case, follow the instructions on the card."
