Plain and simple Vanilla, I'd say Specials and Stingers have no effect
during the Shadowrun phase when the objective being run on is
Harlequin's game.

No Loaded Dice, no Blazing Guns, no GAQS, no False Mentor, no Red
Alert, no Lofwyr's Schemes, no All or Nothing, etc.
