You may also have to take out some of the randomly determined
sleazable challenges.

Retinal Scanner, and The Funhouse.

I would also like to suggest an extra challenge by changing the first
part of your requirments to 1 runner.

Also I am making a program called Sleaze-O-Meter. I based it on
almost the same requirments that you did. Except I did not give the
runners 6 nuyen to use. The program will seperate the challenges into
two lists, one for sleazed challenges and one for not sleazed. I have
it working for the challenges that only have skill based sleaze
reuirments. Challenges like Gut Check are not in there yet. I am
trying to figure
out a quasi-programming language to work with those Challenges. If I
can not get that to work I will have to hard code each challenge, and
then have to release a new version every expansion with the new
challenges hard coded also. If I can firgure it out all that will
need to be updated is a single database file that holds that info. Of
course I will need to recode it if any new traits or skills come out.
Which remeindes me... (see next post)
