I think I would be more comfortable with +3/+1 for a cost of 4. That
way you can get it out in one turn and the Attack Value is more in
keeping with Hand Razors +1 and Katana +2 when both also add in Melee.

Besides, the +5/+1 and +4/+1(plus melee) both frighten me for a single
melee weapon. Lord Torgo could potentially become a 17/10 (A2) with a
single gear card.
