Soo...seems like a silly question, but what's the timing of Wanted? Do
I get to engage target runner during his legwork phase or mine?

We'd always played it during the target's legwork, but I was at a game
shop last night where they played it the other way. They also played
maglocks per the text on the card, not the FAQ. Made the 3 I had a tad
less useful :).
