Is the Bull-Bot active on SRCard as well?

Thankfully, this seems fairly doable in SRTCG.. A lot of the Rares make
it a lot more fun to play (Lofwyr's Card -- moohahaha!) but aren't
outright "necessary", or are at least balanced so that you really can't
base a deck around them (Prime Runners, Uniques, and frag-after-playing
cards like the Elite Mages.)
