FASA for one.

3. It costs 3¥ to deploy.

However, the lingering question is: how is it used?

Only on my own gear? Only on my deployed gear? Must I play it on a
runner who *already* has a Predator, then turn that runner to transfer
the NERPS/Predator to another runner?

Can I say, "Gee that's a neat-o 'Bulldog Van' you've got there, I
think I'll deploy one too (& for only 3¥!)." ?
