Oops! I was trying to feed my daughter and handle email at the same
time. Scratch the example of Tink and the drone as drones won't work
with NERPS! anyways.

OK, let's make the example of using NERPS! to give Shasta a second
Hellblast for only 3¥ that still seems a little cheap to me. Maybe
it's what they intended as NERPS! is a Unique card. <shrug> I and the
guys I play with have always been going with you pay the 3¥ to
activate NERPS! and then treat it just like it was the gear card you
copied, thus paying the appropriate deployment cost and so forth.

It's the wording in the card text that says "treat NERPS! as an exact
duplicate of that card" that gets me thinking this way.
