It isn't cheap, because you may not have that card in play :)

I disagree with Loki, not because it isn't a copy, but because the
deployment card has been played, and thus your new gear card is
already Present. IF any other card reference the deployment cost of
it later, it would be the NEW deployment cost. (such a card doesn't
exist yet, but it could)

New Card: SOTA
Cost: 3Y
Type: Special
Play on target Gear card. Owner of gear card must play the
deployment cost of that gear again or frag that gear card.

Whaddya Think? Also a good anti-Browse card.
