Riggers, definitely. Everyone seems to cower an cringe when it comes to
magic, but look at it this way: in the RPG, you *can* tell an Elemental
to obey someone else. And there are (iirc) 'control' battles (as
opposed to banishings), although they'd be used primarily with hostile
mages.

It's Gear. Gear can be traded. Cyberware's the only exception made.
Erg, Spells can be traded.

No, it doesn't follow the RPG strictly. It doesn't hafta. :) Within
the bounds of the card-game, I don't see that it breaks any rules at
all; you're giving one resource from one Runner to another, at a slight
loss (the time it takes to turn both and trade).
