Objectives will come in boosters. I got one starter that had 11
objectives in it, the 6 commons, 4 uncommons, and a rare.

Here is the purchasing strategy I have been sticking to since I heard
and experienced the collation problem.

I started by buying starters and buying one booster for each starter.
After getting all of the commons and a good amount of the uncommons, I
switch to buying 3 booster for every starter. After getting all of the
uncommons I am just buying boosters, unless you want more commons and
uncommons. I am fortunate to live close enough to buy from 5 stores,
with 3 different suppliers for them. I buy no more than two starters
or 6 boosters at each store in a given week. I have gotten a real
good mix of cards, I have 1-1/2 long boxes filled and the highest
number of one card is 15.

I also have a love/hate relationship with the sets collation. When I
bought three boosters and a starter, two of the boosters had False
Mentor in it. Then I smiled to myself and went back for 3 more
boosters and got another False Mentor. Another time I got two PAC's.
So while it maybe a real pain collecting a set, I have got dup's of
some really cool cards.
