To play devil's advocate again :-) Are you sure about this one.
Here's a couple of selections from the rbt:

In the section on Cyberware:
" Some Cyberware cards function as weapons, while others modify a
Runner's skills."

In the section on weapons:
"A Runner may hold any number of Weapon cards but may use only one
Weapon per Challenge or combat. "

We've always taken this to mean that cyberware with threat ratings
(weapons) can't be used with other gear/weapon cards in combat. So
you can go over and slice them with the hand razor, or stand back and
spray them with the Uzi.

Just how we've been doing things, could be wrong....
