If you're talking about Hand Razors, you're correct. It has a
designation of Gear (Cyberware/Weapon) and only one type of weapon may
be used per combat.

However, the original question was about cyberware like the Cyberarm.
Cyberarms, Muscle Augmentation, Dermal Plating are simply Gear
(Cyberware). They augment the Threat Rating, but lack any sort of
keyword Weapon, thus a weapon of choice may be used in conjunction
with their bonuses. Same thing for a shaman using the Ally Spirit's
bonuses as well as an Ares Predator.
