OK I see what's up now. The spoiler list that I have (since I didn't
have the cards in front of me) have both Hand Razors and Cyberarm
listed simply as Gear/Cyberware. So I assumed ;-) that the only thing
that distinguished whether something was a weapon or not, was if it
had a threat rating....
