Isn't it something like if opponent has 2+ nuyen during his legwork phase,
turn to take a nuyen. I tend to use the Sticky Fingers and then use Ice
Queen... that way you can take 2 if they only have two...

Yes it is, possible but it is kind of vulnerable to a few decks... As
I found out big time. Then again no deck is perfect.
