Subject: Pumpable Challenges

This one seems rather B&W to me, but it came up in a game and I
thought I'd ask.

The RBT and FASA FAQ both state that pumpable Runners and runners
using drugs from Club Vortex who take damage when "pumped" that
exceeds their normal Body will die at the End of Turn phase when they
deflate.

How about pumpable Challenges? Lets say my opponent reveals one of my
Lonestar Patrol. Normally a 6/6 (A2) I pump 6 nuyen in and they become
12/12 (A2). My opponent absorbs the 12 points of damage and loses one
of his four runners. His team deals 8 points to the Star after armor.

Now this eight damage is more than the normal Body of six for my
Lonestar Patrol. However, since his team did not defeat the Challenge,
it now turns back over. Since it is now not revealed during the end of
turn phase, I'm assuming it is not subject to the death during
deflation clause.

Besides, Challenges aren't subject to healing as Runners are.
