I have, it is scary. What I really love, and did you pick up on this,
somewhere in the agreement itself (paragraph 7 I think) it mentions a
minimum sales quota that needs to be met in order to maintain the
license. This is noted as Exhibit F (again I don't have it in front
of me so this is from memory). When you look look at that exhibit
though it is only cross referenced to a different paragraph. It
wouldn't be so bad, but the figure is $1,000,000 net annual sales....
