if-and-or-but silliness. OK, Fast Jack should be the coolest Decker,
and he *is*.. he just doesn't need to be *that* cool.

Don't you think you might be overreacting? His ability costs 4¥, HE
costs 7 and 1 upkeep. He has a Body of 3 (he's easily killed).
Why should this ability be considered a Matrix action? Fastjack's a
decker, but he's also a very experienced, veteran Runner. There are a
number of fictional reasons that can justify his special ability.
You're too picky, Matb. Chill. Fsatjack's powerful, but he's not
unbalanced.
