Well <nitpick> if you've already completed the Objective it's too late
for Lofwyr's Schemes. Assuming you mean you've completed all the
Challenges on the Objective, we have:
Lofwyr's Schemes
Stinger / 1Y
"Play when a Runner reaches an Objective. Put that Objective at the
bottom of the owner's Objective pile and replace it with top card of the
Objective pile. The team must face the Requirements of the new
Objective."
This sounds like it takes care of your problem. You put the Objective
face down at the bottom of the pile; of course, the card itself *is* the
pile, but you can still complete the card text: Take the top card and
face its Requirements. Of course, it's the same card as the one you
moved off. Moral? Don't play Lofwyr's when you're down to one
Objective.
Sucker Run seems to work by slightly different mechanics, where the
Objective is discarded (which makes it seem like it does not go to the
bottom of the Objective pile).
